This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for physical hijab products sold by Soha Hassoun through sohahassoun.com.

Eligibility for Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a payment has been completed and the order has been processed.

Non-Refundable Products

All physical hijab products are non-refundable once purchased. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for completed orders.

Cancellation by the Client

Clients may cancel an order by notifying us via email at sohahamzeh5329@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order and before the order has been processed for shipment. However, no refund will be provided for any payments already made after the order has entered the fulfillment process.

Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such a rare event, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.

Force Majeure

Soha Hassoun is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, shipping delays, or customs issues.
